@@matthewriley7826 Sheldon saw that as an opportunity to make money overseas and back but even then and unfortunately, look where it lead him from trusting the wrong people. Rockstar makes very almost realistic stories especially capturing a time like that.

Yeah jack just didn't like how things worked, he didn't agree with the rules, and didn't like how he was graded, ranked or repaid. Personally relatable 😂

One of the best, if not the best case in the entire game.

His interrogation was the most hardest one for me in the game. I always pick doubt and lie when someone just says "no i did not" or "no i dont remember"

I thought this was one of the easier interrogations because we know what Kelso knows. He's not involved in the dope trade, Sheldon had come to him pleading for help (so we know Kelso knew about the robbery itself at that point but only that it was dope taken), and Kelso is only involved at all to help Sheldon get out of the mess and be a sort of "muscle" in a pinch. Kelso was pretty innocent and most of the clues were there. We know exactly what he knew and didn't know from other cutscenes during the game. So I felt like the Truths and Doubts were easy because we didn't really have any evidence to accuse him of anything and we knew when he was dodging or telling the truth.

Jack was perhaps the only true good character in the game, or at least the best of a bad bunch

Probably. Too bad after la noire was made team bondi went broke. There was a re release for the switch and ps4 and Xbox1. But a 2 aint happening.

at first i didn't care for jack he was you know...there. but then when you play as him and understand his side of the story he is freaken awesome! he became my favorite character instantly. he just has a better personality than cole. though i still loved playing as cole it's just jack is a bit cooler :)

I liked Kelso more but I was able to appreciate Phelps’ complexity. Two good characters I say, their relationship was very complicated for sure

jack should be the main hero of the sequal

Kelso should have been main protagonist in sequel and take out the corruption in cops and all of Hollywood

In reality, Jack Kelso is the main protagonist of the game. Cole Phelps is the decoy.

Replaying this game right now, and I knew there was something about Kelso that I liked from the first flashback but this interrogation was the stamp of approval for Kelso in my book, what a badass!! And Glad I’m not the only one that thought Earle was painfully unlikeable, it felt so much better when they replaced that scumbag with Biggs who I thought was Phelps best partner hands down Jack Kelso was an absolute bad ass while Cole was extremely smart though sometimes it worked against him as seen in the war, still though Cole is no chump

Cole and Jack are like Sherlock Holmes and dirty Harry.

This game is state of art. Such a beauty

This truly feels like a "boss" because its very hard to read him.

Little did Cole realized he was about to be suspended.

A protagonist interview a protagonist.

I love how when you ask about the robbery and the first thing he says is I have nothing to do it. Just makes himself sound guilty even though he wasnt, although he wasnt exactly not involved either. He was pretty level headed but I just thought his response was out of place.

if you pay attention and get all the newspapers it’s pretty clear what he’s being honest/dishonest about. He knows about the morphine, but wasn’t involved

I agree, but Cole is still one of the story’s best characters

I had an a idea for kelso in a sequel i think that rockstar should make him a trailtor and a suorting but tertiary antagonist in the possible sequel of course

Really hard interview imo his facial cues only gave off on the second question on the remaster. No accusing just trying to know when to play nice

Appleman 3000 Cole Phelps isn't a P.I, but Jack Kelso is. PI's are probably the most badass form of detectives other than paranormal investigators.
