Nope, the maximum distance it can fly is 1609 miles with additional fuel tanks.

A military plane that does not carry ordnance is.. 1: a trainer or 2: a flying radio.

It does carry ordnance. Senegal ordered L-39NG in the armed configuration. But unarmed modifications are also available (for acrobatic teams and such...).

At a guess due to the 5 hard points I would assume it has similar or the same weapons capabilty as the L 39 ZA, so R60s, UB-16 rocket robs, gunpods, up to 250kg bombs

up to 1200kg unguided rockets or bombs. or fuel tanks on two wet points, and 1 POD like TELLENS or IAI/ELTA pods atc. Bomb maybe GBU-12 Paveway II as L-159

America needs a fighter to supplement the A-10. Keep the A-10 but get an already developed light aircraft to take the flying pressure off the A-10 without spending billions to develop a new aircraft. America are you listening ?

The Air farce whats everything to be 1. Stealh, 2 Self escorting (fighters). Of course things like a Super Tucano or a Light attack jet do not matter to them. The Air Farce do not cares about the US deficit.
