For Kyrgyzstan trip we rented Ford Explorer 2011 from autopark.kg company.
The overall process was smooth, we've got a clean car with full tank on time as agreed over whatsapp chat.
But the booking process is not something that you get used to if you rent before in Europe or USA:
- for vehicle reservation they require a prepayment of 100$. There is no contract of whatsoever. You are given some person bank card number and asked to transfer the amount. Later this amount will be used to offset rental deposit
- after transfer they sent you handwritten note with your name, vehicle details and rental dates
- rental amount can be paid by card. But rental deposit is only in hard cash :) cash is the king here
