This really helps the instructions aren’t so clear

This chair is great, the only problem is they sold me a malfunctioning one and twice someone came out to service it and both technicians did not believe me. It’s a big piece of beautiful junk in my home. I haven’t even had it a full year. Nobody at Kyota will get back to me. I’m so frustrated.

Whoa! I was considering getting one. What exactly is malfunctioning on yours? Also did they ever get back to you?

Actually, they got back to me and after several back & forth correspondence, they swapped it out for a new one. I have not opened the new one bc I’m moving so it’s in a storage unit. What was wrong was while in manual mode it would pause then jerk back and it was a little traumatizing. But yeah, both techs didn’t believe me and Kyota kept trying to send out more guys but I refused so I got the replacement. Great chair! Good luck!

$200 easy - Mine was a pain to get together. One bolt and some screws are staring at me - in case I get the nerve to try and install them in the future. There are several cuts in the video above, they make it look more simple than it is.

I have this chair and it’s great but i wished it was more wider in the shoulders. If you have broad shoulders do not purchase this chair. It will NOT allow you to comfortably get your arms into the massager.
