I had this chair. The rollers are fantastic where it gave the best neck and shoulder massage in all the chairs I tried. Calf and foot massage are really good. The bad thing about it is the hip and shoulder airbags are intense! Also the chair is put together pretty cheaply. Plastic on outside feels cheap, the fake leather material wears out quick. The chair also did a lot of creaking and cracking where it just didn’t seem like it would last for a long time

Awesome chair worth every penny $5000. 6 months in and need to replace footrest. Service Department awesomeness. The control is baffling like it was translated into English and back into Japanese then back into English again

This chair is now $6899.99 on Costco. You got it for $5000 plus taxes and shipping = $6300 at Costco a year ago? Was it on sale? And do you still like this chair? Big investment if this chair does not last at least 10 years.

Of course number one, you’d want it to be a great massage chair. But I also really like the looks of this. Nice!

I would need a special room for that - I wouldn't want something that looked like that in my living room!
