Great video, the Inferno MP10 readyset should be compared with the MP9 TKI4 readyset rather than the Neo.

Those transmitters look like they could be switched between right and left hand config. If I am not mistaken the NEO 3 has been around for a very long time at least 20 years. They haven't changed much over that period.

The biggest gain with the MP10 readyset vs. NEO is all the parts for the full on race MP10 is parts compatibility to a MP10 readyset. You’re not going to upgrade the NEO to full race spec but you can the MP10 readyset. It’s a “get your feet wet in racing” before diving in head first and buy Ming a kit and everything separately. Race with 600-700 with the MP10 readyset instead of 1200-1500 for full kit.

If you look close those are little-the letter “K” on the tires. For KYOSHO!

Do the diffs get just the two spider gears in the diffs unlike the kits?

Am I the only one in the world who’s right handed and finds it way easier to hold the transmitter in my right hand and reaching over the top and steering with the left?

How do they say this is a racing tire when they are medium compound. This is a basher buggy.

Hey Tony, I guess it depends where you race. Here in Queensland we do mainly run a nice soft / ultra soft, but when the outside temp hits the mid thirties centigrade and our abrasive hard packed clay tracks eat soft tires, a medium isn’t as crazy as it sounds. It certainly wouldn’t be a quick tire by any means most of the time. I’d probably suggest though that a basher buggy looks a little more like this:
