Our Dojo was invited to take part at a Comedy BBC show with the super talented Actress and Comedian Sarah Kendall who is also one of our students and a future Karate Champion.
Sensei Simeon, the chief Instructor at Elite Martial Arts Richmond, had to also teach other Comedians how to punch properly.
It was a great experience filled with lots of laughter.
