What's most impressive to me is the power in every move. I just started practicing Kyokushin and after a few years of muay thai, I was surprised with how hard the training is. I got my leg screwed on the first kumite. It was very fulfilling to finally find a dojo close enough to allow me to be part of it. OSU!

Never to old to learn kyokushin ,karate sir ,kyokushin isn't all about fighting , just chek on google kyokushin dojos in your earia and just go visit them and aks the sensei about the style😊.

@@asadullah999 bro 1 year later. i have joined Boxing/Mma and muaythai classes. i think karate does not focus enough on pressure testing and there are too many intricacies. you can improve immensely in Boxing in a few months so its easy to have confidence in ourself.
