Kylie Deceived A Generation

Ойын-сауық

Kylie sold millions of women on the idea that they could obtain a certain look with the purchase of a certain product. Now that her makeup is no longer blowing up online, she has started to scale back her makeup-filled look and lifestyle, including dissolving her infamous lip fillers. She recently broke down on an episode of The Kardashians talking about how her looks have been scrutinized over the years. Let's break this all down.

Same. That being said, the photo of her in 2013 sue looks genuinely pretty, but then 2014 where she gets filler, Botox, etc, it’s like looking at a totally different person with 10 years of age. I will never ever understand why ladies to this to themselves because it does not make you look attractive, but instead quite the opposite.

While I do think Kylie was deceitful, I also think anyone who thought those lips were real were naive. I was a teen when the lips kits dropped. I remember seeing side by side comparisons of her face and being very aware she had work done. People who believed she was natural just didn't look at the facts. Just because she lied doesn't mean we couldn't see the writing on the wall. Which was there. Yes, the Kardashians have been the beauty standards. But if you look at any old photos on the internet, it was/is easy to see how much they had to manipulate even themselves to meet the standard. Idk how naive you have to be to believe that, especially when there's TONS of "before and after" photos of her on the internet. Even at that time, it was more than obvious she had work done from literally head to toes. I thank my husband for being a big reason why today I am makeup-less and have never considered any kinds of plastic surgery (Botox and fillers included). I met him at 22 and he has always been outspoken about his dislike of “fake beauty”. In his words “I want my wife to look the same when she first wakes up in the morning as she does during the day. Beauty shouldn’t be washable.” It’s WOMEN who perpetuate these weird beauty standards, not men. It’s wild.

Yes she has a choice now to be in the public eye but this has been her job for the last 17 years. It’s hard to just disappear at this point. I do hate that she and her family have lied about all the work they’ve had done though. But most celebrities lie about these things.
