So he admits to putting Rashford off balance with his arm on his shoulder… and you can clearly see he clips his legs in the replay (if you have eyes.!)

@@bluesEvanskro if you pull a player's arm back because you're behind them and you want to try and stop them or get physical advantage and they fall off balance because you have pulled them back, then it's a foul. Happens all the time, if that was in the centre of the pitch it would have been a foul.
