Princess Goes joins Kyle Meredith to talk about their latest release, Come Of Age. The band that’s fronted by actor Michael C. Hall (Dexter, Six Feet Under), and also features Matt Katz-Bohen (Blondie) and Peter Yanowitz (The Wallflowers, Morningwood), discuss how the accidental formation of the group has led their musical direction and the more experimental avenues they are able to explore while still producing what sounds like their most radio-friendly set yet. Hall goes on to tell us about the mythical lyrics behind several of the tracks, how the song “Glasswing” came out of an internal argument, and how the record makes for really great driving music.

I have loved Michael C. Hall since I watched Six Feet Under, and then Dexter. When I heard he was in this band, Princess Goes to the Butterfly Museum, I was so happy! I love Michael's vocals! I also love that Matt's daughter named the band. The creative forces behind this group? Priceless!

I always thought bombed out sites was about a car crash and then this new song blur was what happened once someone got to the hospital in the ICU or something. They always seamed to connect to me that way. I love this band so much I can't wait to hear the new album ❤
Each song has it's own atmosphere, I think that is where some theatrical vibes come in. Like going from planet to planet to planet.. I enjoyed the interview. Thanks.
