You are right Hira Arif, People are the real reason behind the rise of beggers mafias. I can't understand why people gives them easy money. Their thought process changed them they bargain with poor people trying to earn a two ends meal by doing businesses. People will easliy get fooled and give their money but when they are buying some things from a person doing business, they will bargain till end. We should help them by buying things from low earning businesses. This is simple formula. When their is no free money, people will work hard.

Thanks for your comment. What I was trying to say that if we stop giving money to beggars in the current situation, they will not start working hard because they have no skills, no jobs, no opportunities. The only thing which could happen is increase in crime rate😊
