Recurrent shoulder dislocation is a serious problem.
1.Bankart/Labrum Tear is detachment of soft tissue labrum from Shoulder glenoid bone. Because of this shoulder ball can not get any support from front side and so it come out.
2.SLAP Tear
3.ALPSA Tear
4. Hill Sach lesion is fracture in Humeral head. Its like a dent on the humeral head.It is caused by multiple dislocation. As more and more dislocation occurs than Hillsach size increases.
5 GLAD lesion
Do not delay treatment of Shoulder problems.
Latarjet is also a good procedure but it is needed in selected cases.
कन्धा उतरना एक बहुत ही विचलित कर देने वाली समस्या है। यह तकलीफ बार बार हो सकती है,game खेलते वक़्त या फिर गिर जाने से हो सकता है I जिससे कंधे में नुकसान हो सकता है। इस तकलीफ का बहुत सरल इलाज दूरबीन से की जाने वाली सर्जरी है, अधिकांश मरीजों में ओपन सर्जरी या लैटर्जेट सर्जरी की आवश्यकता नहीं होती है .

@@thesigmabiker2576 After 18days of physio session i cud move my hand and now its been almost 3months still some of the movements are hardly capable. But trust me if i wud have not taken the physiotherapy i wud have died in pain

Aapke experience se kitni baar dislocation hone par bone loss 15% hota h. Aur patient ko koi dikkat nahi h , everything normal until there will be huge force on shoulder, then it dislocate only.
