As many of you had requested me to upload videos on Curves, here I'm with a part-1 of Curves.
In this Video, I have tried to explain about Equilibrium Speed, Equilibrium Cant, Cant excess & Cant deficiency. Please watch complete video to make sure you understand concepts in better way.

As you saw in the video, it is CTE. PCE can give relaxation in Cant deficiency for section with speed more than 100 kmph.
