Why on my google maps it always tell me to stop at haneo station? Does the bus now service in haneo station? Should I stop at naganohara kusatsuguchi station like you did? I wanna use the tokyo wide pass too

Kusatsu Express final stop is at Naganoharakusatsuguchi station. Please be mindful there are only 2 or 3 schedule per day.

Yes, if you are taking direct bus, seats are limited. Highly advise to book ahead. For express train, you must have reserved a seat. Hope that helps.
