Kuri Bay The Kimberley Western Australia - Fishing in paradise!

This video is more of a montage of the beautiful and wild Kimberly region in Western Australia. My brother (ET) and another mate Mick travelled to this remote region to film an episode of Escape fishing with ET. / @escapewithettv
I was the cameraman for the trip and the images and clips were captured throughout our week long trip.
We flew into Broome and then boarded a float plane run by Paspaley Pearls, and headed north to Kuri Bay. I love visiting the remote areas of Australia and this was going to be an awesome experience.
Kuri Bay is a remote coastal bay in the far north of Western Australia in the Kimberley region, about 370km north of Broome.
A big thanks to my brother ET for having me along and trusting me to film the trip.
The history of Kuri Bay has its own story and the pearl farm industry was established in this area in 1956. A joint venture between the Japanese, Americans and Australians.
Upon arriving in Kuri Bay we made our way to our lodgings and got all of our kit sorted. We were all keen to get out and explore the area, and we did not have to wait long as the tide was up and we got out for an afternoon fish.
Kuri Bay Sport Fishing Adventures is run by Peter Tucker and his guides looked after us for the trip.
We had great weather and conditions with light to no winds which was perfect.
Once on the water it did not take long for us to be onto our first fish.
We caught a whole range of species from Coral Trout, Cod, GT, Golden Trevally, Tea leaf trevally, Long tail tuna, Mangrove Jack, Spanish Mackerel and Cobia.
I love my photography as well and this area sure presented us with endless opportunities to capture all kinds of spectacular things. From the escarpments and Boab trees, rock formations and wildlife it is truly special to see.
Salt water Crocodiles, Humpback wales and calf, bird species, turtles and the list goes on.
You have to put The Kimberley on your bucket list, stay as long as you can, as it's a wild adventure and there is so much to see.

I was up there many years ago on the Marilyn, a Paspaley Pearls ship. Managed a bit of fishing in between work, caught a huge Queenfish, a PB Bluebone on the way up, following the whales. Awesome place, very lucky to have been there.

Yes a magic place. We caught some great fish. All that footage was on episodes of Escape with ET. We landed one Blue Bone. First time I had seen one of those. Great trip.
