Kurash, a traditional form of Uzbek wrestling dating back 3,500 years, is popular in Central Asia. Wrestlers use towels to hold their opponents, and their goal is to throw their opponents off their feet. Kurash made its debut at the 2018 Asian Games in Indonesia.
