Kuon Rune is the face of Ultimate Colosseum given how popular it is. Tho, I personally think the deck was not as strong as its popularity. I think their popularity might drop in the upcoming tournaments. Still, it is one of the most affordable deck due to its cheap cost to build and only requires Kuon as the legendary

I personally like 2 of the 10pp 7/7 dork to slam down behind kuons for Hella pressure xD I got like almost 15,000 mp in one 24 hr run with spellboost once...iwas literally drawing like yami yugi for an entire day just 20+ multiple streaks over and over lol i love kuon ❤❤😅😅
For as powercrept as modern shadowverse got, i am so glad they didnt support spellboost

It was though, and made VERY strong at that. Turn 5 OTK when Azvaldt released. Simael was so strong when coming out, they had to hotfix nerf *just* Spellboost because it skyrocketted up to a nearly 60% playrate on ladder. Adherent only made the OTK that much more consistent.

That was over a year ago and adherent wasn't a "spellboost". The part of spellboost I dislike is the fact that cards get modified in hand with no knowledge from the opponent and usually they do that using cost reduction. At least adherent had the decency to be modified only while i could see it.
I built this deck cause it was cheap but it's so boring, I thought it would be the newer Kuon with the lazer but instead its just 0 cost followers until they die
