I visited Kunozan Toshogu Shrine in Shizuoka City, Shizuoka Prefecture.
The date of the visit is April 19, 2024.
From Higashi-Shizuoka Station, I took a bus to Nihon-daira.
I then took the ropeway to Mount Kuno.
The view from Ichinomon Gate is magnificent.
The highlights are the gorgeous architecture of the "Goshaden," the worship hall and main hall, and the stone space that connects them.
By reversing the arrangement of the "upside-down aoi," the "beauty of incompleteness" is expressed there, as an incomplete thing, in hopes of further development.
