My left foot last Monday was injured after my spinning kick technique went wrong. I just practiced this sword technique instead using a wooden stick. Greetings from Davao City. I hope you teach me too.

Great job. Shifu told me "never take your fingers off your sword!" He had me work on wrist flexibility and eventually I could do it.

Kong fu in Mulan is more show than martial arts. You'll die if you try to fight like that.

Thank-you Shifu. I try not to hit my computer when practicing while watching your video so I use gymnastics clubs. That is my safety tip for today - a set of $7.95 gymnastics clubs are much safer in a confined space than a sword. In a bigger room or in the yard I can use the sword.

In 30 year of martial arts that's one of the best demonstrations of that

For sword and any weapon training, focus on using the hand you’re most comfortable with. I do recommend training your other hand as well because it can help with adaptability, but it’s not a too big of a deal
