I don't remember the exact number but I've watched this movie around 15-18 times and I NEVER get bored even once. Kung Fu hustle is the perfect blend of all the elements that make a movie great. It is beautifully made, and deserves the masterpiece tag. I'm not an avid movie watcher, but I pray for Kung Fu Hustle 2 whenever I finish watching it time and time again

It’s very well made. Every scene has something interesting and unique going on, the tone flows so well from drama to comedy to action, and the stakes ramp up in each act. A perfect movie.

One of very rare masterpiece non-English movies that Hollywood hasn't tried to remake it.

As a child, a teenager, a young adult and now a fully grown man, I must say my opinion of this movie has NEVER changed. This movie is a straight masterpiece.

Not really. Look closely, you could see that all of them are younger. To me, this ending symbolize the happy childhood that the mc and the mute girl were deprived of on that day of the bullying.

I am sure Stephen Chow did not like the actress after his company lost a lawsuit, she brought against them.

Fun Fact - the main character in this movie do not have a name. We didn’t even know his name after watching so many times. I only realized it when my friend mentioned it, blew my mind🤯

This song made me go back to the past..., a time where i still didn't existed..., but, there was this feeling of unspeakable joy and happiness..., no pain..., no sorrow. Just enjoy 'the calmness feeling' at that moment.

Notice the painting on the back wall of the candy shop of the little girl holding out a lollipop? Also Fong gently smiles as she watches the flower descend upon her.. I wonder if Mr. Chow was trying to get across the fortune to Fong of possible love and marriage? To me the harmony of the ending of the fight scene, to the flower descending onto Fong was brilliant, very moving. One of the best endings of any movie ever. Especially the very end where they both saw each other as children again.

Now that's what u call a happy ending...

This movie has a special place in my heart

Reminds me of something when i was a kid, i think i was 7 or younger and there was another girl who was around that age, maybe even an year younger, she liked me and smile just like how the mute girl's child version was in the end and follow me, although a one time thing, its forever in my mind. This kinda thing is overshadowed alot, its the innocent and genuine thing that people miss alot when they grow up, love turns into lust when they ve grown up or reach puberty.
