No direct mention is made of anyone in this message. The Pastor only cautioned against reliance on revelations from doubtful sources as the basis of one's faith and practice. In doing this, reference was made to recent instances of such revelations which by inference people believe is about one sister Linda. Pastoral work is likened to that of a shepherd and no true shepherd will sense danger without taking some measures to protect his flock (John 10:11,12). That is what Pastor Kumuyi has done and he's absolutely right. Shepherds who failed to this had caused their flocks to go astray(Jer. 50:6). There is chaff and there is wheat. Dreams and vision are the chaff while God's word is the wheat(Jer.28:25-32). You can survive on the wheat but never on the chaff. Pastor Kumuyi, who has been in the ministry long before those now trying to teach him through dreams and visions were conceived, knows this. I am therefore surprised at those criticising him for preferring God's word to testimonies from near death experiences even when such testimonies flatter his messages and ministry. Some other Ministers would have latched onto them to further project their ministry but instead, this selfless man of God spoke in a manner that appears to put down his ministry in order to project God's word. He should rather be commended than condemned for his noble posture.

The revelation of sister Linda has helped me to repent of all my sins. And now iam liberated and have the assurance of salvation through the word. I have been reading the word without understanding but with these revelation God has opened my eyes to see well and that has produced righteousness in me. Are u saying my soul does matter? Repentance of sins is a lifetime of works, and has never saved anyone or contributed in any way to salvation. If repentance of sins helps save you in any way, then it had better be perfect repentance. God's standard is absolute perfection. Not even one sin is allowed to be in Heaven. The book of James says that if you follow the whole law and offend in one point you are guilty of all. Oops! So much for repentance of sins! God grants repentance unto the acknowledgement of the truth. The only repentance that saves is admitting that you are a hopelessly lost sinner and turn (repent) from whatever you trusted in before and trust Jesus Christ as your only hope of getting to Heaven. Satan's greatest trick is to convince people to live the Christian life but never trust in the person and finished work of Christ alone for salvation. Salvation itself is a free gift Recieved solely by trusting in the person and finished work of Christ alone. PERIOD! Service (discipleship) if you choose it can cost you everything if you go all out in serving God. Our good works are solely for rewards in Heaven or a lack thereof.

If the Bible is enough for you, then you will hear and recognize that the Bible tells us in Acts 2: 17 that God said in the last days he is pouring out his Spirit upon all his servants, men and women, old, and young, through dreams and visions. The Bible also tells us to test all spirits, and so with these biblical truths, we are to follow the Bible to acknowledge what God said, and not despise dreams, visions, prophecies, but to test each one, and hold to those which are true, in order that we may receive what revelations God has imparted through the genuine ones, and as said in Acts 2. And we know that God's Word does not return void, and so this is a truth we can count upon.

Please let us read the Bible it has everything we need to know,,Never ever trust a human being,,only the Word of God never ever changes. I have been let down by men before,,and I made up my mind to go with the Holy scriptures. Please God help us.

We should learn how to listen and learn. I have listen to the two of them I can't say either of the two is wrong but for Pastor Kumuyi,by mine understanding Pastor Kumuyi has not condemned the woman but only teach his own people that dressing like deeper life is not enough to get anyone to heaven and he is saying people should start dressing in a worldly way. I don't think there is any other pastor in this country that has preached against worldliness more than Pastor Kumuyi. Individual should just do all he can to get to heaven at last because if you miss heaven what someone has told you about heaven will not matter again. And for Sis. Linda she should not see pastor Kumuyi as her antagonist cus she said she has seen hell before let her be careful and watchful and people around her should pray for her too for the devil is not at rest. May God give us the grace to get to heaven.

You said individuals should do all they can to get to heaven! Please how much can one do to get to heaven? When we try to live the OT life in the NT dispensation, we confuse people. To make heaven is not about how much of something you are able to do, it is about being in a state! Be saved, simple. How much can you do to merit heaven?

I agree with what you are saying sir, but the issue of dressing has become a problem yet pastors address fornication, adultery and its relative against the youth neglecting compromises just like Eli did and lost his generations forever (1 Sam 3:12-13). I was preaching this and fell on deaf ears only to realize that am covered under a sinful pastor thus cannot effectively minister since he is held by the sin of money in his heart so the glory of God is departing, and we are partaking of the same. speak of the anatomy of the wife its truly a pity and an item. examine the bible in 1st Tim 2:8-9 and the punishment there after Is 3:16-26, 1 Pet 3:3-6; again 1 Cor 11:2-13 clear guidelines by Apostle Paul James 1-22ff, Rom 2:5-16(13) It may interest us that "Doing" the word will take you and me. When you hear the word faith is build and when you apply it you have fulfilled the Law and that is what Christ taught and lived. Let us not take defense using the same word making it a weapon against our own, but go to prayer ask God for confirmation and revelation over disputing. The same God used visions and dreams to warn even heathen Kings in OT. Sis Linda has not said anything against this great man but ministry, pointed a paralysis in your congregation, giving an example just like Jesus pointed out the reproofs in his church with this phrase "However I have this against you" (Revelations 1,2,3 to the seven Churches) not sparing her own self but offered a direction, instruction and solution as instructed by Christ himself. Your ministry needs a reproof of an impending compromise against the spirit of Jezebel and that is called pruning according to what she said. She is fulfilling her mandate purpose and scripture in Joel 2:28-32. Pray to God to raise prophets who you can uphold but are true and God's own to check you or ask God to release the Gifts of the spirit. What if you're wrong thus blaspheming the same Christ; Take it in good faith and speak it out to correct your flock, if its the truth for the sake of the chief shepherds (Christ). To me the inside reflects the outside even speaking and character and we need to speak the Whole truth as ministers, need this that we may be checked and accountable the sheep belongs to Christ and the souls belong to God the father and he is not a respecter of persons. I get worried when children of yesterday who have little respect or understanding .....speak ill of Spiritual fathers because they can write on social media..what He done and is doing for God cannot be equalled by anyone that is not sold out to the Kingdom of God. I believe that God intentionally sent His message through Sister Linda because the today's so called Men of God are no longer preaching about the eternal horror that awaits men in hell if they don't make heaven. And what lead man to hell is sin. And now that our Men of God are too busy preaching about prosperity, that's why God Himself decided to take action by sending people to hell to witness what it's like at first hand. Then the message is brought down to us for us to change our ways in order to make heaven. Period. One thing I know is that God is greater than all these Pastors combined no matter how powerful and great Orators that they are.

How would you like God to judge you as being a typical Pentecostal who has itchy ears and sends you to hell on that. Now let me inform you, there are now many people like sister Linda, and even if she's right and she received revelation. Some things one needs to learn how to communicate them without causing problem, because God is and can never be an author of confusion. Do you think God will give her revelation to cause confusion in God's church, and when I say God's church , I mean the whole body of Christ,not just deeperlife. Don't you call pastor Kumuyi a prosperity preacher, he is far from that. And make your arguments from the word of God. You can't be living your Christian life on, maybe God sent her, or I believe. You believe the word of God alone. I believe she's right won't take you to heaven. Have you forgotten we humans are all fallible. So in a conflicting situation like this, even if you want to support sister Linda. Find a way for it to be biblical, if you can't, then don't criticize her and just keep following God as you were. But don't come and explain a while bunch of arguments for Linda and against kumuyi without any biblical backing, and based on sentiments like, most pastors are fake, they only want to eat money. The worst part is, these pastors, you haven't even heard their sermons, or listened to their messages, but you're criticizing them on sentiment. How would you like to love a righteous life your whole life, and God sends you to hell based on what people in your profession or tribe normally do, without ever considering you personally. Criticizing a man, be it pastor or ordinary man based on sentiment is not fair. What are you not understanding?

Please, I need to be schooled in this: If the Bible is the word of God, what did the Apostles had on them when they preached? How was Paul great? Was it with the Bible or with guidance of the Holy Spirit ?If it was the Bible, I don't think he had one then but if it's the Spirit of God, then one is absolutely right about the latter. If Paul saw what Heaven looked like through the spirit, what stops the same Spirit operating the same way this day? Or has He left, that I am sure He is not.

Repent and seek Christ in Spirit and in Truth. No short cuts to Heaven

What the servant of God is saying is truth. He has not rejected their Testimonies but is exalting the word of God as it is. He does not want to promote is church as if it is the only church preaching truth. Neither is he promoting churches that preaching vanity. He is preaching the truth that sets us free.

The original Jesus does not author confusion. Linda revelation is a deception. compare how many converted souls to the number of destroyed souls through, hatred, strife, contention, gossip, slander, then you will know that that acclaimed revelation has done much harm than good to the christian family. Jesus and my Bible is enough for me to make heaven, not one setup and imitation called revelation.

Let me first of all refer all to Jude vs 3 which says believers and all God's minister should "earnestly contend for the FAITH once delivered to the saints" When Christ came, He said "greater than Solomon is here", the very Wisdom of God himself . Christ assuredly is greater than any man, pastor or prophets like Moses, Samuel, Elijah e.t.c. the reason God buried the body of Moses Himself so that the Isreali will not be worshipping him and /his grave. At His baptism and on Mt of Transfiguration, God spoke and said "This is my only beloved Son in whom I am well pleased, hear him (Mt 3:17, Lk 9:35) . Now Christ is speaking to us today though His word as God spoke to the fathers thru, the prophets.(Heb 1:1). He is the Word of God personified. Jn 1:1. and God exalts/magnifies His word above all His name or any revelation from any man or anywhere(Psalm 138: 2b) . This is the faith ONCE DELIVERED unto the saints ( the Holy Scriptures) - no addition , no subtraction or complements by any revelation. It is as serious as that. Now the word of Christ guiding people's lifestyle should be quoted as 'according to the Scriptures and not according to Sis Linda or Pastor Kumuyi. The attention should be on Christ and not man and you can judge who is contending for the faith among the duo then. Thank you.

People keep thinking that God would rebuke his servants in public. If God himself would disgrace his child in public because he is not following him, people will stop listening to that man of God. Now, let's say he repents, will God go and convince every body to come back again and listen to that man he disgraced himself? IF God does not rebuke you in public when you sin, why should he do it for his ministers knowing how difficult it is to raise one minister for his work. If ppu becomes outward holy and still slander, gossip, abuse, envy and hate; do u call that a transformation or a deception? If only three pastors made heaven in a whole nation at that moment, and five in all the nation; wot is it that qualify those pastors to make heaven without converts? I have so much love for daddy kumuyi but here he just lied against the revelation of those sisters especially Sis. Linda because none of them ever spoke of only dressing. Apart from dressing they spoke and still speaking about sanctification and inner holiness. I can say daddy kumuyi never prayed before preaching this. God can do what pleases Him at any time.
