I try to make this as brief as possible: The song played for that part is from Yu-Gi-Oh - Critias no Kiba 『クリティウスの牙』 BGM - so to keep it faithful to the source material, singers usually act out certain battles from the anime, the most common and famous one being the following: nicoviewer.net/sm117 Though, for some reason, the one who put this video together decided to pay homage to Nico Nico Douga's jingle system, cutting away most of the song. As for what is being said, the guy is just saying that Japan is a strong country, and that viewers should believe in it's strength. Though, as for why they made the video like that, no idea =P

This was made years ago, those songs havent existed yet then.

The closest the U.S has gotten to doing something like this was that awful 4Kids National Anthem.
