For what happened to Samantha We all witnessed her amazing performance But unfortunately ends as 1st Runner Up. For me she really deserved the major title. Lets stop joining in MGI. For sure we will never ever get the title.

Eva is smart and beautiful. Very deserving as MGI but we cannot please anyone to like us. Its their choice and taste. She did her best for the pageant just to give honor to our country.

The sad thing with MGI President was, there should be no info given to the public concerning the ranking of the candidates.

In my personal opinion...why make Filipino pageant girls join Miss Grand International if the director of Miss Grand International pageant appears to be targeting Filipinos? Given this scenario, I think the franchise owner of Miss Grand International in the Philippines is just making a joke of him/herself if they keep sending pageant girls to Miss Grand International... For me, it appears logical that whoever is handling the Philippine beauty pageant contest should quit sending girls to Miss Grand International pageant (because it's international director appears to be biased to Filipinos). Let's save Filipino girls from being shamed in Miss Grand International! Personally, if I were the franchise owner of Miss Grand International in the Philippines, I will end my franchise with MGI (Miss Grand International), and instead , add more cash prices to the winners of Miss Universe Philippines, Miss International Philippines, etc., etc. Who knows, the bigger prices will attract more girls that have greater potential of representing the Philippines in other more prestigious international pageants.

The best way to do is dedmahin na lang ang MGI. Nawat loves the attention na binibigay nyo sa pageant nya. Also, bawas bawasan din natin ang pagkuyog sa mga queens on social media. Kaya ang tingin ng ibang lahi sa Pilipino mga "toxic fans". Tapos magtataka kayo kung bakit pinagkakaisahan ng ibang lahi ang Pilipinas.

Truth! Most hated talaga ang pinoy trolls pagdating sa mga online. Example: •Kahit wlang content nang about pinoy ang video ibi2da talaga ang pagkapinoy o bansang pilipinas. •sakit din ng pinoy ang ayaw tumanggap ng opinyon ng iba. Ibabash at aatak sa nagkomento. Pinanigan lng ng iba ang ibang lahi bsta hndi pinoy asahan mong ibabash kna. •toxic filipino words "proud to be pinoy" at "from the Philippines" lol kelangan pa talaga sabihin kung san sya galing. At may pa proud2 pang nalalaman eh wala nmang ambag sa success, sa pera at sa puyat ng kinala2gyan ng tao na yun. • Mahilig din mang angkin...lol! Ibabalandra sa iba na may lahing pinoy yan at yan. Tama ka diyan Veronica Li. Sa ibang bansa nga ang hihila saiyo pababa mga Filipino at sobra dami din tamad na filipino. Two to three jobs nga yan daw basihan na masipag ang mga pinoy Pero walang quality ang trabaho, dami din bossy mapili sa trabaho kahit nagkkautang-utang na. I’m not proud of being Filipino honestly dahil sa pinoy sa pinoy nagkkabanggaan at marami mayayabang feeling proud sila sa pagiging pinoy. Every nationality are all equal to me walang mataas walang mababa. All of them have their own beauties ang importante maging proud ng maging anak ng Diyos dahil pag namatay naman tayong lahat hindi naman basehan ang kulay, bansa o stado sa buhay.

Watching this after what happened to SamBer's placement in MGI 2020.

i am glad that Miss Universe Philippines is now with new owners which made this pageant levelled up to a classy one and to send deserving candidates.

MGI/Nawat doesn't have a "real, legit panel of judges" it's Nawat who's selecting the winner. He even announced throught Nicole/Xian emceeing that MGI is the 3rd most popular pageant in the world.

Nakakalungkot lang isipin na mwawala na sa BPC ang franchise ng Ms.Universe knowing na malaki na ang improvements nila with regards on choosing the best ladies to represent our country in international pageant. Hindi kasi napansin yong pageant niya na scripted may pa himatay drama para kuno pag usapan. The fact that hindi epektebo yong drama ni Nawat dahil nilamon lang yong pageant niya ng buo ng Miss Universe. Kahit ibang pageant mas maganda ang naging outcome kaysa sa Grand International niya. Pa shoutout po Tita from Balasiao, Kiblawan, Davao del Sur. A pageant fanatic.

Binibining Pilipinas was not a newbie to have sent Eva to MGI only to lose. Alam natin ang Bb Pilipinas has had one of the highest standards in sending high caliber candidates ever since our country placed consistently in big pageants. So wala kay Eva o Bb Pilipinas ang problema, ang MGI na nag cost cut at nag hire ng former winners nila that also consisted of an Indonesian and another Indonesian fashion designer made up the judging panel that also paved the way for their candidate to land a runner up finish. Ang Indonesia ang may motive to make it tough for our candidates to win if they are at the helm of the judging process because we are their toughest rival in international pageantry. Another good example was the Miss world of 2016 where Catriona competed and was surprisingly superseded by miss Indonesia who got backed up by her national director.

Okay lang mawala ang MGI pageant, wag lang mawala ang miss universe!

Agree with Tita Lavinia. Mr. Nawat ( MGI Pres.) is unprofessional. Assuming, she dont like Eva or othet ladies like her, he should be neutral or not to comment at all. He must show a little respect as what other delegate do to the organization. FYI Tita Lavinia. Hindi po lumaki sa Pilipinas si Tim Tebow. He was only born in the Philippines from Baptist Missionary parents assigned in the country at the time. They went back to the U.S. when Tim was 3 years old, so technically he grew up in the states.

I think Eva is one of the candidates that was overhyped last year. No question she is beautiful and smart, but her performance in MGI was bleak and inconsistent. Not to mention her answer in the BBP Q&A was basically ripped off of a magazine interview. While I strongly agree that Nawat is a sham of a president and brings shame to the pageantry circuit, Eva could've taken the high road RIGHT AFTER the pageant. Instead, she made a statement to the theme of she was blocked from the Top 20 because if she had gotten in, she would've cruised through smoothly and probably grabbed the crown. Eva is the beauty queen, so more is expected from her. Nawat is just a joke and his actions are just basically what is expected from him.

Depende tlga kung sino ang gusto ni madam Lavinia na maging audience nya dito sa channel nya. Maganda kung ang consentration nya e sa'ting mga pilipino pa lang kc mejo sensitive ung mga pahayag nya. Pang atin lng na mga pinoy ung mga opinions nya. Ang takot ko kc 'pag ipahayag nya 'tong mga kuro-kuro nya into fluent english wherein inaaminadong 'unsupported yet' e baka lalong sumawsaw ang mga hnd pinoy sa controversies na pinag-uusapan dito. Edi mas lalong napalaki n nmn ang negativity. Pero syempre, desisyon pa rin ni madam Lavinia ang masusunod kung magdederetsong English or English subtitle xa sa kada episodes nya. Supportado ko pa rin hakbang nya. :-)

Wala pa kasing announcement ang bpci. Tingin nga namin even mup sa kanila pa at least this year. Na film to a week ago. Hindi rin namin na cover pati yung statement na nilabas ni Chavit. Pero as for MGI ang sure ako alam ng bpci yung mga posts nila lately. Hindi lang Tayo sure anong next move nila.

Sa tingin ko na Kay Arnold Vegafria na ang franchise ng MGI Kasi sabi niya may 2 bagong title sa MWP.Kung puwede nga lang wala ng kumuhang Pinoy sa franchise ng MW at MGI kasi ginagago Lang nila Yung mga beauty queens natin.

The attack on Catriona was very blatant and now with Eva, so this person really has a beef to grind with the Philippines. We should actually actively campaign against this fly by night organization and if it comes to finally closing our participation so be it, it's not our loss anyway but theirs.

Mas maganda nga kung kay chavit na para Miss Universe Philippines na ang title mas marami sasali kasi isang crown lang. Hindi tulad ng Binibining Pilipinas mamapaputang Ina ka sa tagal kung sino ang MUP winner dahil sa dami ng ibang crown.
