What does panalive mean?

The kuki tribal solidarity march of May 3 was in fact a parade of kuki terrorist armed with AK-47s who marched up to Torbung Bangla, a meitei settlement to ultimately burned down meitei houses and start the conflict for their pre planned goal of separate administration. This Chin-kukis are excellent in playing victim card.
