I lost my father during this so-called War which I really wish did not happen. My Dad was an evangelist to the Kuki and Zou tribe. He had a lot of friends from these communities, and also married a Zou woman. He knew the language and was loved by all. Elders from these villages and my old village told me that My Dad was the greatest fisherman they have ever seen( if u know my villagers, they are many excellent fisherman).To think that he topped the chart makes me feel proud of him. I have learnt to forgive and have forgiven who so ever killed my Dad. Trust me! it was not easy.... However with God in your heart, eventually you learn to forgive.

1990's Conflict was between Manipur Nagas and Kuki not Paite/Hmar. It was just an excuse pin-pointing only Tangkhul Naga from the rest... The conflict started from Moreh and spreading to the hill district. It was in Zeliangrong areas that most affected by that 90's Kuki n Nagas clash..

Kuki took up arms to revenge nagas and celebrated the so-called "black day" every year but they accidentally ended up fighting "meiteis" because of meitei weak leaderships and meiteis "happy go lazy festiv " nature . To all the meitei enjoying and spitting about the conflict and wars we had,just know that we have this good side of us called lunglen even though we're short tempered so,we just played defence before and even now,just know that we lost hundreds of innocent souls because we never start as well as never doubted that we'll be killed mercilessly by the same people we lived with together for a year,be it the naga war or this kuki vs meitei war,as a human yes we have the anger issue but not the dare to kill someone as a Christian,i know this doesn't involved clashes over religion and beliefs but never forget that we spared all the meiteis in lamka without any scratch on their body unlike you radicals who killed kuki settler's in the imphal valley,even though thing's went bad between our communities i have meiteis friends in lamka so i just wished that the both negotiations would be settled easily but after a day passed by a video of kuki people tortured worse than animal emerged on the internet continuously pop up and get posted more and more,that is when i considered them as real enemy,sometimes i used to put my belief on God aside thinking restlessly a way to make meiteis suffer more pain than what kukis on imphal experience and went through,and lastly to all the meiteis know that on may after date 3,we spared 5+ peoples between tronglaobi and mualngat,we spared them because they were a couple with infant child,and the rest other was meitei family who lived in mualngat water tank house by that time Internet was banned lucky for them we had no clues about how our peoples we're treated in imphal,if we had internet and get to know the way our people we're treated i don't know about my friends but me i would never spared them, remembered everything workout well for the meiteis on the beginning because of our mistake on showing the mindset of being stoic(lunglen)to animals that don't deserve
