In this conflicts it's a cowardice act to lay hands on innocent civilians especially elderly men, women n children, even sick people n undergoing treatment in hospital. Also most of them were surrendered UNLF whose homecoming ceremony was held at inside your Kangla park.. There are proofs via videos n photos. In the northeast region news says firing both sides, but the imphal news says ambushed.
