Hello! Thank you so much for the videos. I think they are the best recipe videos about Nepali food on KZread. Just one feedback... I think it might be better if you caption the ingredients and its amount on the screen when you are describing them. This way I can pause the video and read them while preparing my dishes instead of playing the same part of the video over and over again. For example 1:13 when you start talking about the masalas. Once again thanks for the video. Off to make the chicken now :D

I'm from Sabah,I eat this Nepali chicken curry once.. I asked my nepali friend how he cooks this delicious..I tried to steal the recipe but it was never as good as they cooking

Not only am I learning how to make authentic Nepali khana but also learning very polite mother language from you...thank you! Dherai dhera dhanyabad!

Thank you, I'm a Bachelor from Bhutan. I experiment a lot to try and get my chicken curry to taste like how my mother cooks it. She really has magic in her cooking!! I'm not bad myself, but whenever I make chicken, it's always somewhat fancy and tangy tasting and I don't always like that even though I know what I cook is tasty. Therefore, this recipe was quite close to how she cooks it. I didn't have the entire recipe but I did make a few changes and I'm hoping it'll be great to taste. You get what I mean!! Btw, honestly of all the Nepali things I don't really fancy being of a similar origin myself (son of Chhetri and Gurung) I love Nepali food the best that is there along with Bhutanese food.... they are heaven too. You should try some awesome Bhutsnese Dishes if you haven't ...... yum!!

I was looking for a particular person’s receipe and I clicked this video thinking it was. Like you said, before the food hits your palette, it should get your eyes. I didn’t realise until I finished cooking and I’m glad. Luckily I had all the ingredients. I was panicking to find the glass lid to see the colour changing and was worried it would burn lol. My family hates my cooking and don’t allow me in the kitchen so I don’t know where things are. I am just having a taste which is amazing. If my family refuse to try, I will happily finish it all :)
