Kudu, Blesbok, and Record Book Grey Duiker Hunting - "The Bond"

Спорт

In this second episode of the 4-part series The High Road: Africa, Keith Warren and his son Kolton continue their adventure in the Stromberg mountains of South Africa’s Eastern Cape.
On this hunt, Keith stalks Kudu and what may be a world record Grey Duiker. But the real surprise comes when Keith hands his Savage Rifle to his son and field producer, Kolton, to fulfill a life-long dream of hunting the majestic landscape of Africa for the first time.
Keith and Kolton are guided by Bruce Niland of Huntershill Safaris, whose 35 years of experience will greatly aid in Kolton’s first ever spot and stalk of a Blesbok in the rugged, challenging terrain of Africa.

To me it doesn't matter what you hunt, more so is who you hunt with, and taking my son out to hunt and seeing the joy in his face taking down his prey are all the rewards I enjoy.

Hi Keith. I have lived i South Africa, Namibia, Florida, USA. Now back in RSA. I belonged to the NRA, Florida Highway Patrol contributions, Basspro and countless others. It is the only way we can cull old, sick and management wild animals. PLUS, having you hunters over here always boost our tourist income to our country. Have not found better people than you and Matti. Thanks

Why isn't this on television? Its actually much better then alot of the hunting shows they have on there. They was they put in the music with talking to the people, and how professional they are in using cameras and microphones....some one should pic this guy up for a show, and sign him!

If you listen to the post shot chat you can see there is some awkwardness. It is a very small target. The ph was overawed by the animal. We don't know the range or the calibre (270?) but that was a bad, bad shot. V strange for him. I wonder if a second shot was demanded, as is quite common for this ph.
