Candy's problem seems similar to the problem my angel suffered. It is a heart condition and not a lung related issue. Hope it is diagnosed early and appropriately treated. My Lab suffered similar symptoms and was diagnosed as suffering from bronchitis. She was nebulized but her condition deteriorated. She had fluid filled in the bag surrounding the heart...wishing her good health and a speedy recovery...all the best..God bless❤
