Sambhavna and Avinash, Amita used to do a lot of work. Your house was looked after by her and your dogs were looked after by her. If you think she wasn't doing much then why are you stressed about her leaving??? In The West people don't have the luxury of house help. Mostly both partners work full time, attend to house chores, look after their children including school drop off and pick up and at the same time look after the family pet/pets. If you are worried about your weight, then do some work around the house. You will lose weight faster.

I agree with sambhavna ji n many times I noticed Avinash call her beta that is very sweet gesture they both treat her like a family member.

If you are asking the viewers to say if Amita is right or wrong, we can't say that because we don't know her side of the story. We are seeing and hearing what you tell on the vlog. How different it is from Amita's POV how will we know? Even if for money, after what she has done for years on end for your household maybe she deserves more respect than being shown as ungrateful by you. You should have created a backup for Amita anyhow. No maid will stay forever no matter how much money you give them.

If you watch their vlogs from years you must be knowing that how sambhavna treated her and respected her also whatever her side of story is if she’s not getting what she deserved she would have said it clearly and not lying to them twice and just making them rely on her why to lie if you don’t wanna work she should have leave with dignity if not served right!

Emergency or whatever be the reason, just call back or drop a msg thats not such a big task.. either from Amitas phn or someone elses. This is common sense that one shud inform their employer watever b the reason, and not take their employer for granted and Amita has been working with them from a very very long time. We all inform our employers in case our leave gets extended or adhoc or abrupt leaves. I am sure the entire dynamics of their house must have been affected and this is the 2nd time. I think @Sambhavna u shud start looking for other options instead of Amita.

honestly speaking i feel household work n 3 pets must be workload for her, not only her but it could be anyone . so u need to hire 2 maids one only for household n one for pet . cause these days even if u hire someone for babysitting or even for a toddler they say they will either do babysitting or household but not both. so think over it just a opinion i have this personal opinion , n this time amita has not carried enough clothes so might ne their is some genuine problem n she will surely respond.

Whatever the situation is - it is NOT right to post a video on a public platform on Amita's supposed disloyalty. This is not done in a civilized society. It was hardest moment for me but because of your vlogs I could survive and let me tell you, agar aap nhi hote then I would have been in severe depression and you bring joy and happiness and my and everyone's life. I really wish the best for you and Avinash and little fur babies. And for Amita, this was actually wrong of her to not contact you. I have been there in that kind of situation so I know what you're going through. My suggestion would be to start looking for another househelp but also try contacting her again because we never know agar kuch wahan galat hua ho. I completely agree with Sambhavna - how can there be pressure on Amita when she has knowingly taken up a job in this household? We all have all have to honour the tasks, especially the ones we are earning from. Also there is no question of rich and poor - there is no exploitation here. Every case is individual - there is transparency on this vlog channel and I for one have noticed, Amita has complete freedom to say what she wants to do or not do - there are many instances when S ends up doing the work even when Amita is around. By switching her phone off she is being irresponsible to the people who rely on her.

Sambhavna, I wanted to add another perspective for you on Amita - * I have lived for decades outside India, and we have no house help. We do everything ourselves, from cooking, cleaning, taking care of dogs, taking care of children - on top of a demanding full-time job. * I see any kind of house help as a big privilege and a big bonus. And I am very grateful for that. * If I feel overworked at work, no matter how much my salary is I will quit. I could also quit for any other reason - family needs me, I feel burned out, I am tired of the same work, I need a new challenge, etc. * My employer has no control and no hold over me. It is my choice to do what I want with my life. In India, I have noticed that house help is seen as a birthright. Yes, you treated Amita well (as you should). Everyone deserves to be treated respectfully and with dignity. But Amita is the master of her own life. It is possible that taking care of 4 dogs, cooking, cleaning and various other tasks at home took a toll on her. It is possible that she feels guilty for quitting a "well-paying" job, and good employers like you. Which is why she cannot say no to you, and does not want to take your call. At the end of the day, it is Amita who decides what is right for her. I have learnt that the best way to deal with such situations is to be thankful for what Amita did for your family and move on and find someone else. It is only Amita who knows what is good or bad for her. No one else can speak for her. And as many others have said, find 2 house helps so that the burden is shared between 2 people.

The same way that your boss at work can be thankful to you when you have done a great job. Because we all know people who earn a handsome salary, but do a bad job. Agreed, that in an ideal world you would leave your job courteously and inform your employer. But sometimes there are hostile or unfriendly circumstances, and then you leave without a notice. None of us know what Amita is going through. I agree with the original poster - the only thing we can do is to thank her for all she has offered and move on. Employment is a 2 way street. Sambhavna can fire Amita, and Amita can leave Sambhavna at any point - both without notice. It does not help to bad mouth your employee/employer on a public forum. In India there is a tendency to treat your house help very condescendingly and that has to change. No one is beholden to anyone!

People who are supporting her , good for you support for the right reasons. Don't just follow whatever she says . In the past one and half month how many trips they went left right and centre they went without giving little rest to Amita. Her four dogs are not trained to pee and poop . Have seen so many times chunchun peeing right in front where the coffee machine is kept . They pee on blankets. If you are pet parent you will realise how difficult it's to remove the smell of urine . Once they do at a spot they keep doing there . In yesterday's episode only sam was saying Susu aa gaya toh kar diya blanket pe . Have the supporters seen Amita mop the floor she uses her hands and do you also know how much does a mopstick cost ? Compare it with the Gucci bag she buys . Go into dmart you will get a moping stick for 200 . After all the days work where does Amita sleep? We all know the second bedroom is empty . So that means she sleeps on the ground. Has anyone seen a rolled mattress on the ground ? At least she deserves a mattress to sleep after keeping her on toes the full day . Now supporters how much does a mattress cost ? Forget branded at least cotton mattress how much does it cost ?

Dono ki diet ka khana , kutto ko rakhna sambhalna, unko food ka dhyan rakhna , kapde ki safayi, dusting, kitchen maintain aur sone k liye bed tak nhi .. aise mein koi bhi bhag jayega aur oviously koi batakar nahi bhagta.

Any house help who is working the way Amita was - taking care of 4 dogs, cooking, cleaning - should get 4 vacations in the year. She also has her family back home. She must miss them, and they also probably miss her.

I think you your partner or your parents might also be working somewhere and you know what are the things I don't think you get four vacation in any job yes you have sick leave yes you do have some casual leaves but I really don't think so you have four vacations when you are working when you are in a job...... When someone is taking care of your children and/or your pets who are more precious than anything else for you, then you go out of your way to keep them happy. You cannot compare that to a regular office job, where hundreds of people are available to do that job. But it is very hard to find a sincere person to take care of your pets or your children. Four vacations (maybe one week every time or even more) is hardly anything for someone who is taking such good care of your pets.

And if you know sambhavna Seth then you know that she is paying her a good amount apart from that who gives their made gold jewellery and take them to all the travels and make them and also pay for the equally same room as they are living in at the same place that they are living in

Ok for once we can agree to you that labour class need to be understood they need a break don't treat them like machines just because you are paying them but before you are paying them you also give them a complete brief of what their work will be what they have to do under that amount apart from that if you talk about labour class you might also have some labour class at your home do you really give them gold ornaments to wear when it is an occasion I don't believe so you will think 100 times before doing that and in every occasion she is equally given the clothes of the very best quality possible designers have also created clothes for her I don't think your labour wear designer clothes given by you right you can't even think of that you might have not even put a thought for a second about giving some designer clothes to your labour class so just think before you speak

Hi Sambhavna, I don't really write in the comments section. But I can't help but write this. You shouldn't speak about your maid on public platform. Have you disclosed your personal fights in the family. Amita may or may not be wrong. I am not justifying her but the way you bad mouthing her and talking about how much you paid her and she doesn't have any burden is not justified. It may not be a burden for you to take care of 4 dogs and do household chores but now you yourself are so tired after doing the work which is contradicting your statement. And keeping Amita has been your choice. Keep two maids and don't be dependent on anyone. The fact that you are dependent on her so much itself is so suffocating. You talking about all the jobs where only 1 month leave is given , you should also keep in mind that no job stops the service with the absence of someone although there is instability which I agree and to mitigate that is to do a proper debriefing and Making a firm and right decision. I believe we're only seeing one side of the story where Sambhavna is saying that we don't have much work and that we're paying well. She probably told Amitha the same thing. However, Amitha knows well the amount of effort required to handle this workload. If an employer doesn't value your work and is egotistical enough to suggest they could hire two people instead, we should look beyond what Sambhavna and Avinash are presenting to us. We might not know the full picture, as we're only hearing their perspective.

It's correct...sambhavna will get tired in the maintenance of house...

So according to me amita ji ko sach me jyada pressure nahi padta tha,because kam hai to karna hi padega ,duniya me esa koi nahi hai jo free me kam karta hai aur sirf soye soye hi reha ta hai aur salary bhi milti hai and mam aur sir unke health aur kam ke pressure me to jyada ghar ka kam bhi nahi kar pati hongi but wo usko bhi manage kar rahe hai,aur log hai ku unke bare me sirf galat hi bolte hai, un dono ke kuch personal life vi hai to wo hum sab ko sab kuch to dikha nahi pate honge aur dikhaye bhi kyun personal hai vai rehene do , Ek insan hone ke nate hum sab ko ye bhi to samajh na chahiye and bar bar amita ji wahi repeat kar rahe hai to trust to abb hone se raha mam aur sir kese kese apne kam ko handel karte honge wo to sirf wahi log hi jante honge and upar se bachoo ke health problems unhe aur bhi stress seta hoga Me sri Ram se yahi pray karti hun ki app hamesha khush rahe aur apki sari wishes full fil ho jay sri ram.....❤😊

Q k aap log samajhte ho k aapke ghar kaam karti hai toh bass aapki hi soche..unke ghar v problems or emergency aa sakti hai...unke v pariwaar hai...woh v kabhi bimaar pad sakte hai...parr nahi sirf aap maalik logo hi problem hoti hai....maids ko toh jaise robot samaj rakha hai woh kabhi bimaar nahi ho sakte...tired nahi so sakte😢😢mai v iss problem ko acchhe se samajh sakti hu...q k bhukta hai maine toh

Qki tum log kaam vali ko kabhi chhutti lene nai dete or agar bataya bhi to tum log sunte nai bas apni hi padi rahti he to kya karegi fr
