This is a work vehicle and most people don't buy it for recreation. The most import 'pro' is engine braking provided by the Kubota HST transmission. Try going down a hill with a 1000 lb trailer in this vs. a CVT-equipped UTV. With the Kubota, it will creep at a few MPH. With the others, you are at the mercy of the brakes, as the transmission will be freewheeling. If those brakes are not up to par, you have a runaway situation.

That's a good point that I really didn't cover. I didn't really get to test out it's towing and real world work capabilities so it's good to hear from someone who has a little more experience with this type of vehicle. It is the first time I've reviewed a side by side and my first ever experience with one equipped with the HST. I appreciate the input.
