    I don’t understand how a band with such simplicity and minimal equipment can be THIS fucking good. You got some bands out here doing the most and can’t even come close to the feeling this band gives me. I literally get the sense I could fly up and punch an eagle out of the sky when I hear their music.

    IMO it’s the songwriting. The riffs, the drum simplicity, Matthew using rhythmic patterns in his vocals, all of it. They always seem to focus on writing that’s actually awesome to listen and groove to, then they slab loads of heaviness on top of that.

    ​@@Mackathne I still can't understand this since I can't see his feet. He clearly doesn't use it often but I just know I'm hearing a second kick here and there (his left leg syncs up to it perfectly as does his right leg on the following kick, etc)

    @Astral_Wave yeah in interviews he said he only used single kick but has some songs that use double and he regrets it lol. So he still has it for a few songs but most of the time he's only using one

I was at mofos show some years ago w a recent shoulder cirjury but i coulnd hold myself just when i got in the venue and i stage dive from the backstage, mofos surfed me for 2 sec and i got dropped and craked my head! i got a honored trofeu from that gig! it was f amaizin! im justb adicted to u guys music and im thankfull for u mofos art making me still loving music!!!! sorry about my shitty brasilian english! u guys need to come down to south america and make hc people fell the texas no bs anger!!! all my respect and admiration!!!!

    The whole set is a good 10-15bpm slower than normal. Did anyone their talk to them about it after? Sounds intentional. Cool as fuck

    ​@Sparson You should look up the interview that Issac and Mathew did recently with the DownBeat. They're asked if they think of themselves as a hard-core band. To which the Mathew answered answered "no we're metalcore". Only fucking dorks care that much about genre. Just listen to it.

    Nope.. no need for it with the music they play.. they have just guitar, bass, drums and vocals. Bass drops are controlled by a pedal that the bass player stomps on.
