Thanks for sharing Anand. Please let me know if this understanding is correct. In case of emergency/critical fixes, we opt for Recreate and in cases of not so critical situations, rolling updates are preferred.

Hello Pradeep. Yes that is correct, when you have a need to bring down everything (emergency/critical fixes) you should go with "recreate", otherwise "rolling updates". Remember if you don't specify anything it defaults to "rollingupdate"
