• Medium size Brinjal - 3 nos
•Ginger chopped - 1 table spoon
• Chopped garlic - 1 tablespoons
•Curry leaves - a handful
•Chopped small onion - 1/4 cup
•Green chillies - 2
•Mustard - one teaspoon
•fenugreek - 1/4 teaspoon
• Cumin powder - 1/4 teaspoon
• turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
•Chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
• Coconut oil - 1 & 1/2 tablespoons
• yoghurt - 1 cup
•water - 1/2 cup
