Really? No mention, at all, of checking piston ring end gap clearances???

Great content!! When you put the cam back in the bearings, is there a little up and down movement, I have 1 to 2 thou of play(small amount). Do I need new bearings, or a cam? I have no scoring. I'm trying to find a source of engine ticking. Thanks
