Looks like you were able to pull the cylinder head w/o pulling the motor? Is that correct?

Yes, I was able to. It’s actually a lot easier than the Japanese bikes.

It appears you missed step #3 on the cylinder head torque, after 22ftlbs you need to turn 180 degrees. Great video, lots of helpful screenshots from the service manual

@@rwickmannp11 everything was torqued to specifications and I just didn’t show it on camera

@@rwickmannp11 To turn the final 180 degrees, do I just need to put the wrench on it and turn the wrench 180 degrees and it should be then at the correct torque? Sorry for the dumb question lol.

@@MotoEffeX Hey man, could I get a link too? I got a ktm 250 2020, but the 2021 engine is still the exactly same as the 2020 so a 2021 manual should work.
4:20 no way you can remove the cylinder head without removing full engine i'm really reta-

Not true at all I’ve done it several times you have to have that cylinder head at a perfect angle you can get it out.
