These bikes have enough grunt to enjoy them. If you like to ride on a motocross track, then Freeride is not for you - get a motocross bike or a race ready enduro bike. I have a Freeride 350 with faster sprocket ratio and road legal enduro tires. I can keep up with others on 450cc and above bikes in technical sections. This is built for technical riding - learning slow speed wheelies is very easy and a lot of fun. To have fun you need good terrain and skills to overcome logs, rocks and hills. (:

Nice video! But before doing any tutorial on how to ride you should tell us where to ride! I see more and more Austrians coming down to northern Italy because they can't ride on trails like this at home...

Dear all, there are 2 pointers that you can enable English subtitles. You can also change settings in your YT account and chose the option that subtitles always start automatically.

I agree that there good for beginners, but 20 hp bikes quickly become boring and it's not like they are cheap.... They could've added more grunt to these bikes. But I would would really like to try one to judge for myself.

Besides being a 2 stroke what is the difference with this and the 2014 250XCF-W. 2 stroke without the big pipe or noise wow! I know there is no Freeride in the states but that is for another time. Any recommendations.. I used to ride a lot up to about 16 and now It is my midlife crisis lol. I am about 1.9 meters and about 104 kg

The seat is incredible high (92 cm.!!!!) for doing any kind of (even pseudo-) trials. KTM do not understand this.

easy peasy.. and like always. KEEP YOUR FOOT ON THE PEDALS... the freeride is shitty, too uncomfortable for real enduro. GO FOR Husqvarna! and 2 stroke! every enduro champion does ride 2 stroke..
