Nice mod AJ. The stock suspension is good for aggressive sport riding. Even off road the suspension tracks roads well i dont its think it's problem . I have done 12.5k my adventure 390 and i weigh 92kg, the stock suspension works like a charm for my kinda riding. For purely touring the soft spring will be a boon. For spirited riding it will hamper the characteristics as the suspension doesn't have adjustability in terms of compression or rebound.

I running on stock suspension and went to saklehspur with pillion both were around 80kg and both of us got strain on our backbones and next morning my pillion got a sprain in the back and counld not walk for few minutes since roads in malenad area are very bad. Later I went on short ride with another pillion who around 100kg and the suspension was suppreserd and the ride was smooth with 100kg load as pillion so total 180kg including myself. For single riding the stock suspension works well on good tarmac with no pot holes and bumps ,you will enjoy the ride on highways but once you hit the bad roads then impact is directly on the backbone. What explained in the vedio with stock is absolutely correct for rider with weight of 80kg it's not plush, it will be comfortable for heavy riders since due to load the spring expands, Was looking for some adjustments for my adv since my backbone is hurtung whenever I ride the adv. Just spoke with the guy mentioned in description and will give my final verdict after running the custom springs.
