That's interesting, checks should be carried over during the first service also 👌

Good Dealer ships should check everything. Honestly I feel like I would leave a conspicuous unimportant bolt slightly out of torque spec just to see if the dealer catch’s it as part of the full INSPECTION.

Should do the valve clearance check and the controversial camshaft lobe wear inspection, once the bike has more mileage.

Are all the checks done on later services as well? Torque checks and so on? A lot think a service is just and oil and filter change, nice little insight on what actually goes on in a service. 👍🏻😎

I JUST brought home a 2024 790 Duke last night, was so relieved the Valve Clearance Inspection isn’t due at 620 miles instead it’s due to be checked at 18.6k LOL 🤣, that inspection and all the other first stuff cost me over 400$ 💀 My dealership told me my warranty is void if I don’t bring it back for it’s first service. 🤣 this true?? 💀😑🙂‍↕️ I am mechaniclly capable I can check and do everything this guy is doing in this video, I feel like bringing it for it’s only one first service at 620 Miles would be good since usually if their is something wrong like a leak etc it’s going to happen in the first 500 miles.

Good video thanks. Also would like to see the chain tension done as the KTM advised method (distance from swing arm) is different to most bikes and the swing arm on the 2023 model is not the same as the one in the owners book!

Personally go thru every single bolt, and nut on the bike after its warmed up.Especially when its new.Owned many KTMs...Never ever had a leak or problem ever.If you own bikes..Take care of them..Dont bitch if theres problems you could have prevented..Good video except for a few things.
