KSM, this is exactly what Christ talked about. The Pharasses thought by living just a good life , it would earn them eternal life. Our righteousness is like filthy rugs before him. It is just by accepting CHRIST , the true way to God, is the only way to God. We can practice all the righteousness in our life, but minus Christ, it's earns us nothing.
