This is perhaps one of my favorite routines ever. I absolutely love her tumbling and choreography (particularly the piece at 1:14), it’s a bummer she couldn’t hit during the FX final. I hope we see more gymnasts like her in the future.

Just about my favorite floor routine by anyone ever

Such a beautiful routine..

I went to watch the 2015 Gymnastics World Championships Team final in Glasgow. When I back to the hotel, I could not believe, I saw Mustafina and Afanasyeva walking around on Glasgow streets around 10pm after the performance. Such a coincidence. Beauties.

I love the choreography. So stylish and not robotic.

Afenasova routines have such a unique flare...love it ❤ I adore that her routines are so original yet at the same time so characteristic for her. She definitely put her mark on gymnastics history

I was so HAPPY when she didn’t fall because before I discovered this, all I could find were her team event floor routines and I was SOOOO HAPPY TO FIND THIS ONE!!!!

Kseniya tenía esa magia de hacer parecer una rutina mucho más difícil de lo que en realidad era, y no digo que ésta no sea una rutina compleja, pero esa coreografía, la interpretación y la pasión que desbordaba en suelo, son el paquete completo en éste tipo de rutinas, muy raro de ver hoy en día. Sin duda creo que es mi rutina de suelo favorita de esos juegos olímpicos, y junto a la rutina de piso que la misma Kseniya realizó en los Campeonatos Mundiales de Glasgow 2015, mi rutina favorita de la década.

Verdaderamente una gimnasta muy artística con gracia combinada con potencia sin caer en lo tosco, pasando de unos movimientos difíciles a otros con bella ejecusión. EXCELENTE!!!!

Difícil no fue, Pero fue muy dramático, elegante, chic y artístico... Me cautivó esa vez, ya hace 8 años y no hay gimnastas con esa elegancia y postura, todas son gordas ya ni bailan, sólo caminan... de tan musculosas jajaja

Ami me gustaron varias. Catalina ponor, Aly Raisman, Aliya Mustafina. Ha sido la mejor final en suelo que he visto en mi vida (y eso que ya vi la de Tokio, río, Beijing, Atlanta, Sydney y Atenas)

One of my all time favorites floor routines !

Such a shame she didn't do her full difficulty here, given what happened to this wonderful routine in TF and EF. I guess she was the last one to go so she knew she didn't needed it to qualify. Still the best of the best.

This was a beautiful routine! Power, style, dance and original. Such a shame during the team finals NBC is staring at the USA instead of Afanasyeva's floor where she ran out of steam in the last tumbling pass.

I could not love her third pass more.
