Any difference in the meter and the description of readings for three phase meters compared to single phase meters?

Meteris different for single and three phase. But the tariff is same. Also 3phase meters will display values of each phase as compared to this one.

As our new homes are all fitted with good quality wiring materials, there is less chance of that issue. If your home has a rccb installed, then its least possible for leakage too... So i suggest you to please check the status of the equipments in your home, mostly refrigerator, inverter, water pump Usually these items cause an increase in our energy bills
