In February 2013, IQ 4 YOU took over the insolvent beverage producer, and thus acquired the Überkinger brandname. Up till then, IQ 4 YOU had operated as a developer of energy drinks and trendy beverages - but without a bottling line of its own. Following the acquisition, the company first of all invested in a new canning line for its own trendy brands. A complete line from Krones rated at 50,000 cans per hour.
The Krones Group plans, develops and manufactures machines and complete lines for the fields of process, filling and packaging technology. Its product portfolio is rounded off by information technology, factory planning and products from Krones’ subsidiaries as intralogistics, valve production etc.

How many cans per hour is this facility operating at, and what is the peak over all lines? Thanks.

A complete line from Krones rated at 50,000 cans per hour. In general, the peak depends on the can size. Hope this helps :-)

How much cans could be filled from high fruit content ( 30 % ) drinks because of foaming ?

This depends very much on the overall composition of the beverage. A high proportion of fruit juice does not necessarily mean a reduction in machine speed. :-)

Don't worry about the capacity! Usually, the speed of our machines can be individually tailored to our customers. We are consistently trying to provide a solution for every preference.
