Danny Dyer appeared in the studio to provide a live guest question. Pre-recorded guest questions were provided by Russell Brand, Anchorman 2 stars Steve Carell, Will Ferrell, and Paul Rudd; Olly Murs, Christine Ohuruogu, Louis Walsh, Richard Osman, The Great Gonzo (promoting Muppets Most Wanted), Harry Hill, and Sophie Ellis-Bextor.
Educating Yorkshire teachers Mr Mitchell and Mr Burton, The Great British Bake Off series 4 runner-up Ruby Tandoh, Rizzle Kicks, and astronaut Chris Hadfield.
The children of Mitchell Brook Primary School returned to act out Edward Snowden's spy leaks. Jon Snow reported on "Wrecking Ball" and Charles Dance read from the autobiography of Lauren Goodger. The mystery guest was Natalie Holt, who threw eggs at Simon Cowell on the final of Britain's Got Talent.
The show was dedicated to comedy agent and producer Addison Cresswell, who died on 22 December 2013.

    I love her in *everything* thus far 😍 First noticed her in Flight of the Concords and then mostly came to adore her for her voice roles in Gravity Falls and Bob's Burgers. She is one funny woman!

    This is so of its time. It is sad to look back at 2013 and the most controversial US president was George W Bush. This was before the economic disaster in the UK from Brexit and COVID . Very very sad. On the bright side please consider emigrating to Australia where we need skilled workers ASAP.

    @@OriginalRizzleryes, but everyone understands that the context is a decade old, and the show is about who’s topical, not who’s ethical. Taking him out would maybe make sense if it weren’t a (comedy panel) show about news & celebrity stuff. Plus he hasn’t been charged+convicted (or at least not yet), so you’re not really likely to see him taken out of other old media until *at least* when that happens (if it happens at all). Cutting him from current media makes sense (studios avoiding risk/negative association), but what he’s done doesn’t change that 10yrs ago he was an influential figure…it’s just that the association with what he did with that influence has changed

    I mean, they've made a tonne of good shows and supported lots of excellent movies ove the years. Just because you may disagree with their news segments, and some shows are shit, doesnt mean all bbc produced things are rubbish?
