Korey Paul ok but international players often turn out great. Look at Yao Ming, dirk nowitzki, Hakeem olajuwan, tony Parker, Dominique Wilkins, etc. you should at least have given them a chance. Besides I'm not sure about kristaps but frank was on the radar and was predicted to be the 11th pick so it's not like it was some nobody. And next year luka doncic will probably be a top 3 pick and he's international

Just shows there were no other guests available so they pick a knick, ranger, yankee or whatever. Also when a host is talking (working) most of the time shows they don't know very much about the person or subject. Because they don't know how to react to some things that person might say. English is a pretty simple language to learn (the basics at least) since it has comparably primitive grammar compared to German and a lot of European languages (no grammatical cases, almost no use of genders etc.). Yes, practically everybody here in Latvia has English as the first foreign language at school and it's been that way since early 90s but it wasn't until internet/youtube came along that kids here actually started speaking it fluently. Me included. Never picked up anything at school except messing my mind around a few grammar problems. Picked up most of my English from computer games (Civilization etc.), tv series and talking on the net. So do most who speak it well
