"They Killed Him" There was a man named Mahatma Ghandi He would not bow down, he would not fight He knew the deal was down and dirty And nothing wrong could make it right away But he knew his duty, and the price he had to pay Just another holy man who tried to make a stand MY GOD, THEY KILLED HIM! Another man from Atlanta, Georgia By the name of Martin Luther King He shook the land like rolling thunder And made the bells of freedom ring today With a dream of beauty that they could not burn away Just another holy man who dared to be a friend MY GOD, THEY KILLED HIM! The only son of God Almighty The holy one called Jesus Christ Healed the lame and fed the hungry And for his love they took his life away On the road to glory where the story never ends Just the holy son of man we'll never understand MY GOD, THEY KILLED HIM! Mahatma Gandhi and Johnny Lobo. Can't make a stand hoping for peace in merika. Rip MLK, Kris, Waylon Gandhi. Bobby K and Johnny Lobo. And all the vets who got sucked into serving.

he is singing the truth!!!!
Sing about Mahatma Ghandi Sing of Martin Luther King Sing Of Jesus Christ Almighty And the brothers Kennedy
Poet of our time, a real hero for freedom.

Ghandi hated blacks. MLK was a lecher and Jesus was a bum. Love Kris but you're acting silly.

What’s trump world?
78 years old, a veteran who is disgusted with himself for serving in these wars for profit. I came upon 2 of Kris' songs that have a lot of meaning to me and have been buried in the background. Mahatma Gandhi and Johnny Lobo. Can't make a stand hoping for peace in merika. Rip MLK, Kris, Waylon Gandhi. Bobby K and Johnny Lobo. And all the vets who got sucked into serving.

@@65coupestang Not odd at all you heard him sing with Barbra Streisand! She and he starred in a version of "A Star is Born", back in 1976. I'm sure they sang together a lot promoting that movie!
Glad to. have found this video, which I produced and edited. Throughout my career, Kris was one of the many few who took the time to call me at home to say "Thank you". I feel honored to have worked with Kris. Truly a legend.

The 1990 highway performance of this song at the Nassau Colosseum is phenomenal! Look it up it’s on KZread
Saw him at the Union Chapel in London, England yesterday. Incredible performance. Some of his songs i prefer live than the studio versions. Wish i could meet him and tell him to make a live album

@kearyct you didn't have to see this, there is a off switch on your computer, and then you had to come to this video and you had to hit play so why did you do that?
Wow
What if you knew her and saw her dead on the ground? How can you run when you know? That line and this song should make everyone stop and ask themselves just who's side am I on?!

@TheFoundersWereRight your exacly right
I really appreciate this video showing Anwar Sadat (1:44) - President of Egypt and perhaps the only real chance for peace in the middle east, ever. MY GOD THEY KILLED HIM!! 10-6-81 RIP Anwar.
Death is like getting on a bus. We are Spirit beings on a human experience. It ain't over at what we call death. :) dupree
@aenemicions303 Having Studied, You mentioned Egypt, so I will use that as an example. There are Specific points in history where other countries, such as Egypt, and later Rome, Confirm stories told in the bible as accurate detailed events in history. One of which happens prior to 1500BC, a date that you quoted.
FERRY GOOD SONG. IT SHUT BE SINGING IN THE CHURCH.
sorry for taking so long to get back. i don't under stand what you mean. i think all i said was that i was getting those spirit bumps again. When Kriss was singing "They Killed Him". As far as taking anothers life. That a deep one. I think under certain conditions yes. If that's what U mean dupree:) peace
Great song. Seek out Bob Dylan's version, it's amazing as well.
@aenemicions303 With WHat You Quoted, such as Egyption Hyroglyphics, escaped destruction based on where they were. This is much the same of why art and artifacts still exist today the way the do from Pompei.. They were buried. It is the same way as how the Dead sea scrolls survived. The things we have today were hidden.
@aenemicions303 You have my apologies for the wait. I will respond to your comments soon. I unfortunately had a mishap, and my Router(For internet) died. Had to wait till I could get a new one. Again, you have my apologies for not responding in a timely matter do to that.
But the one thing not mentioned you still have Glory God Jesus Christ Almighty as well repent find his words and worship him for you will be eternally found worthy amen amen
