Kringle mat- rope hot pad
In this tutorial I demonstrate how to make a Kringle mat also called the "Danish mat". This mat can work great as a hot pad or a door mat.
For this project I used 1/4 inch (6mm) hemp rope, about 25 feet (7.5 meters) of it.

I want to make larger diameter mats with larger gaps. Do I make the loops larger and use more rope? I want to do the same with your other style mats with gaps.
