Very good portrayal of Gavdos. Its the place to go to get away from tourists (off season), few shops, no nightclubs, isolation, peace & quiet, lots of walking, time to get inside your own mind. But beware the Gavdos sickness - a distinct desire not to go back to 'civilisation', delayed ferries never mind, shall I get the return ferry etc.

Very nice video. Especially the video from Kastri to Tripiti brings back good memories. I visited the island 3 times; the last time around 1982. The nature stays the same but everything else has changed totally.

The last time I went to Gavdos was in 2011. I don't know whether camping is still possible today. But I think so.
