You have to place every syllable of the lyric to the note/timing and practice ALOT. Not so easy but doable. Watch Matt Tuck from Bullet from my Valentine.

thats possible of course it requires a lot of talent, also in this case they are playing of course, but what you are hearing is the song recorded... it doesnt mean that they cant play that live in that way

The part he is playing isnt a lead is a repeating pattern, not saying hes not good, he is. Its just when its a pattern its not very hard to keep up. Now the lead singer of Coheed... wow. Claudio's playing is insane while singing.
